$PrinterInk Copied to clipboard Launched via Bankr

Supply of one. Eighteen decimals. $PrinterInk isn't scarce by story, it's scarce by spec. Same math every token on Base and Ethereum already uses, just pushed to its logical, slightly unhinged extreme.

tokenomics

Supply: 1. Not a typo.

Every token you've ever bought (ETH, most memecoins, most stablecoins) is divisible into 18 decimal places under the hood. $PrinterInk just makes that visible: the whole supply is one token, split into a quintillion tradeable fractions.

1.000000000000000000
whole token · 18 decimal places
  • You never buy "the token." You buy a fraction of it, same as buying 0.003 ETH instead of a whole coin.
  • The price looks unhinged on purpose. Price-per-whole-token reads huge because the "whole" is deliberately tiny to divide.
  • It trades like any other token. Standard contract, standard decimals field, nothing exotic under the hood, just supply set to 1.

That's 1 / 10,000 of the entire supply.
provenance

Called it in 2014. Built it in 2026.

Long before memecoins were a category, someone joked that printer ink, the most overpriced liquid most people buy on purpose, would make the highest priced coin ever. Twelve years later, the math finally caught up with the bit.

The joke predates the format. $PrinterInk exists because a twelve-year-old tweet turned out to be a genuinely correct tokenomics idea: ink is expensive, supply-of-1 is real, and the two were always going to meet eventually.
